What is a reseller certificate?
A reseller certificate (also called a resale certificate, sales tax permit, or seller's permit) allows you to purchase inventory without paying sales tax. When you resell items to end customers, you'll collect and remit sales tax to your state. B-Stock requires this certificate to verify you're a legitimate business buyer.
